High Hat 420

LADSPA plugin that generates whitenoise, adjusting volume to follow the peaks of an audio input. Intended to help you make any audio source sound vaguely like a hihat.

I was so tired when I wrote this, it was like 5AM, and I was infurated by how awful the example plugins in the LADSPA API were. (We're talking some real coding nightmares.) Please, for the love of Pete, don't question why it's called hat420.

Also it totally uses a dank and unregistered LADSPA plugin ID, so just don't consider this real. Think of it more as an artifact from a strange alternate reality.
