As a User, i want to be able to have real connect interactions with the database through websockets.

Using context provider, establish the initial structure for the websocket connections
generate initial messaging structure for speaking with the backend application
confirm the following are accounted for: onmessage, onclose, ping/pong(heart beat)

confirm that you are providing this connection for the entire application (context) , instead of just a single component (hook)

As a user, i will have my API interactions with web sockets go through a publish/subscribe structure

As a user, when i subscribe to a 'topic', i will be become a subscriber, and my subscriber id will become associated with the appropriate topic ids as i subscribe to them, or have already subscribed to

As a user i must be able to:

• subscribe and unsubscribe from topics
• add or remove topics from my subscriptions
• list all topics that i am subscribed to
• delete topics (ie, chats that no longer should exist)
• delete myself from the list of subscribers
