The various modules need a couple of oddball dependencies. We need a way to to ensure they're setup easily. No asking ASRC to pip install them.

The generate topics method returns plurals as a separate topic, which is in excess. We'd like to filter plural words out entirely or as their singular counterpart.

We are using the py2neo create(subgraph) to add nodes to the graph that are imported.

• Only importing from a file should add a node to the uncommitted subgraph.
• create with a tracked node object does nothing.
• create makes a new tracked node out of an untracked node.
  If a duplicate node is imported from a file, there will be duplicate nodes created.
