Null Containers from LXD

When trying to collect containers from a LXD hostnode but there is a authentication issue like '403 - Forbidden', the application doesn't raise any errors or print any logs. Just 0 containers output.

Needs to implement:

• Log authentication error
• Log error when unable to find the lxd certificates for authentication

Add LogLevel configuration

Currently there is a Loglevel configuration but it's not functional, has to implement the feature
