This affects me too. Also, you can't move anything under the slider (e.g., start and select buttons). The fix for that would be to make the slider disappear when you tap on a blank area. Another thing that isn't a bug but is annoying is that you can't change the anchors of the objects; when increasing the size of a button it always grows from the top left unless in a corner. This makes resizing a button in the bottom left corner, for example, quite difficult as if you overshoot you have to drag it back to the bottom left after making it smaller again.
