BAI issues

Right now the exported BAI files do not work properly, the main issues I noticed so far are:

• Traffic cars skip instantly forward a couple of meters after changing lanes
• Traffic cars don't follow the road geometry accurately in case of sharp turns (I think the BAI road needs to be changed to make the movement spline follow the geometry as accurately as possible)
• Pedestrians walk across the road instead of along the sidewalk (maybe it's related to the above point), and sometimes they get stuck
