[help] Orc.Notifications and VB.Net

Hi,

I'm trying to use Orc.Notifications in my VB.Net application but I don't understand anything in the C# exemple... Can I have help please ?

Add notification level (e.g. warning, error)

This could be:

1. Standard
2. Warning
3. Error

In case of 2 or 3, an icon overlay should be added, maybe even a different background.
