If I connect to the Denon receiver, the seek bar turns gray, and skipping a song shows that there are only 6 skips left

Hi there.
Thank you for the effort to make this app. Just one question, is lyric also server sided because it is not working, only lyric preview and after a while it will lock.

Whatever I try, whatever I do, Premium will not get activated for me.
I tried login out and back in multiple times, restarting the app multiple times, resetting the data multiple times.
Are there any requirements I'm not aware of?

I'm using Swift 1.4.1 sideloaded with Alt Store, I'm on iOS 17.4.1 on an iPhone XS. I have another (older) sideloaded Spotify app on my phone that does work.
Are any of these things not supported?

i installed it through trollstore on ios 16.3 iphone 11 but it just crashes everytime i try to launch it. i already tried swtiching user registration and reinstalling it multiple times

While trying to open the app from dynamic island, it just magnifies, you can press the buttons but not open the app to look for other songs.
From the official one it works as expected. Is there any fix?

will it be possible to remove the pop-up that displays to rate the app?

I know this is a server side issue with not actually having premium but the option to set the quality to very high isn't blocked out. I'm more just leaving this here if people also tried setting their audio quality to very high and wondering why their songs won't play.

I'm sorry as posting this as an issue, but its a very important question- Is all of this client sided? Can Spotify see that something is up if someone uses this? Or are they safe?

Just a suggestion but I thought it might be best to not advertise the method of bypassing Spotify’s premium check through patching offline.bnk as shown in the readme.

If Spotify were to see this they might release an update to prevent this from happening and we all lose our Spotify “premium”?

Is there a way to get Siri to work when sideloading? Whenever I ask Siri to play something, it just sort of crashes and does nothing. Sideloaded YouTube can still play stuff even with no extensions, so I'm wondering if something could be done about it.

Sometimes, whether in albums or playlists, songs will skip themselves/not play. I haven't seen any rhyme or reason; it just happens. I'm on the latest release, and most of the "common fixes" haven't worked.

The provided ipa works without issue for me when installed using Altstore, but the same ipa won't work over ESign. It just throws the "offline.bnk file not found" error. Tested with both the swift and obj-c versions.

(The reason that I need to use ESign is that it allows me to make more modifications to the signing certs and works with my no-revoke method. Altstore limits my installed number of apps and app extensions, and gets revoked)

I have tried both swift and obj-c (v1.1) versions and has same issues as I have listed below.

1. I saw an popup stating that offline.bnk wasn't loaded and i need to login and restart. I sure this is related to the tweak.

2. in both versions, i see that the ads and random or songs are being shuffled (played) as the free version of Spotify would do. I don't think the tweak ever works.
   please have a look into this issue.

Hello, thanks for making this tweak! I installed when it first came out and had no issues. Without updating, I used it for a few days until the premium quit working. I reinstalled the app, but had no success. I updated to the latest versions (objective-c and swift) but they both didn't fix the issue.

When I open the app upon reinstalling, it says "An offline.bnk file was not found. Please log in and restart the app when you're done!" I've logged out and back in many times, and tried closing out the app a lot too. My old Spotify version with Spotilife still works excellently. I am using the provided ipa and ESign to install it. Let me know if you have any ideas of things to try. Thank you!

I tried the Swift v1.2 version, and was getting ads and was unable to skip (basically free spotify). So I am thankful the ObjC version worked for me.
On the one that worked (the ObjC version), I noticed that some parts of the Settings are reset to a default configuration when you restart the application (Content preferences, Playback). There could be more categories, but those are the two that I noticed that always changed and they're the two that I need to stay put with what I've set. So that means that everytime I load the app, I have to go to settings to set my preferences over and over again.

I also don't know why the Swift version had issues with my device. But I suppose i have to be thankful that at least, one's working.

Edit: I installed it over my old 8.6.92 version so that I don't lose my cache and settings.
Edit2: As a matter of interest, how do you guys come up with these names? uYou, whoeevee and now Eevee? I'd like what you guys are smoking lol! 🤣

Please add what version of EeveeSporify you’re using for the ipa, currently it is very confusing what version you’re releasing with the ipa.
Also maybe add a github actions to build the tweak from an ipa? take a look at how YTLITEPLUS does this.

Idk if this is a bug or this is the new spotify shi, but everytime i switch playlist, shuffle turn off and i keep having to turn it back on, and sometimes it turn off by itself 😭

Firstly, thank you for all the effort you put into this tweak, the updated ui looks great.

For me lyrics are hit or miss, they usually work for newly released songs only, this is true for other tweaks too. I vaguely remember a while ago Spotify changed how they handle lyrics, which broke the feature for a lot of tweaks.

Are lyrics server-side or is there a workaround to make them work consistently?

Also, this is quickly gaining attention, in the event that Spotify tries to shut it down do you have any backups in place?

After awhile of listening to music with AirPods in (15 Pro Max iOS 17.4.1), the app will crash and if you open, will load and crash/force close again. You have a brief second to unpause the song in order to keep it open otherwise it will crash. Going to try a device restart to fix it

I just found your project and wanted to try it out.
But I found that there are two version being written: one in Swift and One in Obj-C.

I would like to know which one can I use or the one that will be maintained in future (I saw in one of the threads that its being rewritten in Obj-C)?
If you have few minutes to spare, please give me some brief info on these two and which one can I prefer to use more.

Installing with Trollstore wont activate premium. Versions 1.1 and 1.0 doesn’t show premium tab at the bottom but it still acts like the account is using free version. Tried having new account with these versions also, same outcome. 1.2 and 1.3 just acts like i’m using free version. The popup does workin all versions but no premium. The only way i’ve gotten it to work is using a different sideloading method like altstore or a appdb to install it with their/my certificate.

So I noticed this 5dbc86c commit, is there any other info on this? Could we make it replace the Spotify-provided lyrics with it directly fetching from Musixmatch API (more likely with some other alternative bc free API [even if each user used their own API key] sucks)? Why is Spotify doing this?

After trying the Swift 1.3 (latest) on top of the previous version release I got this message

The lyrics now have a monthly cap. When I try to click on, or even just watch the lyrics card it won’t let me unless I have Spotify Premium.

I have a stable internet connection and have checked under settings>general>VPN & Device Management to see if I could verify it there, but no luck.

After like 1mins on spotify, premium icon appears again, i tried restarting the app and relogin. Nothing make the icon disappear but premium features works fine like no ads and unlimited skips. How do remove the prem icon.

Really weird bug where if you swipe out of Spotify for a bit and come back to it, premium will be lost but once you fully close and reopen the app it has premium again. Wondering if this can be fixed

Although a great tweak, it would be real nice if you could also add true shuffle.... can't stand Spotify only playing couple of cherrypicked songs from a huge playlist

I installed ipa in sideload, I log in then it says restart the app to get premium. I restart the app then nothing happens and premium isn’t activated.
