How can we have a pattern trigger through beat detection? It would be great for something like the radial pattern Yale made: every beat is a new spherical explosion and the rate is tied to the beat.

Draw a circle of radius r. Choose a point on the circle and draw another circle of radius r. Repeat at every intersection.

Parameters would be thickness and radius. Default radius to panel edge length.

It would be cool if there was a kaleidoscopic effect. They could be radial (spokes emanating from the center or cells (usually triangles or hexagonal tiling)

The challenge here is the low resolution of the glome compared to fractal images, which by their nature look better at higher resolution.

Would the image be the intersection of a fractal or the fractal projected onto the glome?
