We need the levels to be added to the project.

Adding a force should be enough to make him jump, then tweak the gravity so that he only jumps a little bit. Remember, it can't jump higher than maybe half the screen (oh yeah he needs to be smaller, because we need the top to be unreachable)
Here's a good example for making jumping work.

A simple copy position script should work. Maybe have it be a little fat so it is still visible when in platforms. Also make sure the player cannot flip when the ghost is in a wall, and swap them when done flipping (make a comment on here about what the name of the function is and I'll add a hook into the camera tracking).
