Work with stl models

We obtained stl model files from Micro-CT scans and had difficulties working with them in FEM. It would be great if we can get some warning/error messages when importing/meshing stl files for FEM when the model has some issues or speed up the process. Thanks!

As it is a common source of errors and doubts between enginieers I would suggest you to add the prefix Enginieering Stress and Enginieering Strain (Biot) as required input data for the Hyperelastic models.

I have noticed you are expressing the Strain energy density as a function of the reduced principal stretches- (the deviatoric Stretches instead of the principal stretches)
Is that the Ansys formulation?
Do you have any validation or verification file in which the result compares to Ansys?.
I can’t manage to get good results with this model.

I just downloaded Welsim 2.3 and tried to run the test example hole_plate.wsdb.
I recieve the following error message: (see below)
Welsim 2.3 error.txt
returning Welsim to V2.2 the problem runs ok.

Missing Tree Items

Brand new user and working on my first project. My tree display is missing anything choices under the "Answers" Object. I have no way to choose which solver to use. Any idea what's going on and how to fix it?

UPDATE - Apparently I have a newer version of the software and things are located in different area. I eventually found what I needed.

MatEditor Tabular Data

I need to make curve fitting for the material. I accidentally closed the tab where the test data will be entered and I cannot open it again. I couldn't find any information about this on the internet. I deleted the program and reinstalled it. The window where I can enter the test data still does not open. How can I solve this in the application?
