Iam new to VPN and networking

There is a VPN server without lT2p enable so iam not able to connect it with my Android

Is it possible to connect to that vpn server and create my own vpn with that connection with lT2p so I can connect it on my android

Please one thing I have noticed since I started using the docker container, is that I got no access to the api. I can view the web interface as normal, but HTTP requests to the api doesn't work. I keep getting the following response

requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', RemoteDisconnected('Remote end closed connection without response',))

Any possibility you have come across this please?

I have a problem in using your container for connecting to l2tp over ipsec protocol
the error is: The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.
nothing special in container logs
can anyone help me to know how can i t-shoot the reason and solve this error
btw openvpn protocol is working problem
