I have no idea how to test Opera 12 in Windows 8 since the current stable version is 23 while there's nothing like Opera Mobile or Mini in Windows Phone Platform.
Other Opera browsers tested on Mobile works as expected but unless I am able to test that version or you tell me why that is even in that list I don't think I will fix this … Opera 12 is AFAIK as old as IE8, already surprised this almost works in there.

FYI: triggered the same question on twitter and apparently it's a problem with that testing platform, unable to update from old Opera.
follow up in twitter if interested, I'll close this for now.
