Bootd is simplified upstart-like component.

Description

It provides automatic single-shot launching at boot time. The intent of this feature is to be an optimization for commonly used applications and provide useful main-screen ASAP after booting. They are launched at boot time to move the majority of the app launch time to an earlier time -- before the user actually requests the app.
