TransmonHam takes too long

Including the Gradient Causes Issues

Including the gradient of the infidelity as stated in the paper leads the scipy minimization function to cycle back to the original parameters and doesn't improve the infidelity.

An issue in the implementation of the gradient?

Possible fix is to make sure that the gradient is defined in the same order as the parameters when passed into the minimization function. I think that is the cause.
