Currently, a disengagement event is triggered when 7, 14 and 21 days elapse after last interaction with the course. On each event, an automated e-mail is sent, up to a maximum of 3 e-mails. We currently define 3 different e-mails: Nudge 1, Nudge 2 and Nudge 3.

For example, after 7 days of disengagement, Nudge 1 will be sent. If the user re-engages, then disengages again for 7 days, Nudge 2 will be sent. If a further 7 days elapse (14 since last engagement), then Nudge 3 will be sent. No further e-mails will be sent, even if disengagement continues, or the user re-engages, then disengages again.

• The Engagement - Observer automation restarts the timer on Lesson Viewed.
• The Engagement - Timer automation clears all ENGAGEMENT tags, then adds ENGAGEMENT - Disengaged (7/14/21 days) tags after the appropriate time.
• The Disengaged automation triggers the appropriate e-mail, based on NUDGED tags previously set.

Now, we would like the Nudge 2/Nudge 3 e-mails to alternate indefinitely after each further 7 days of disengagement, or until the user unsubscribes. Engagement - Timer will need to be modified so as not to stop after 21 days.

Weight field was recently added to sign-up form, and tracked in Google Sheets (#2). Now need to track this initial weight in AC - currently, only survey weights, starting from end of Week 1, are tracked in AC.
