!!!在运行程序前先确保已经安装了ffmpeg并且已经加入到全局变量

1.不对视频进行编码的前提下使用ffmpeg将视频逆时针旋转九十度，以用来将横向的视频变成竖向的视频,减少系统的开销,加快视频处理的效率 2.使用时先将inputdir(输入文件夹)变量改为原视频所在文件夹;outputdir(输出文件夹)变量改为逆时针旋转后的视频视频要存的文件夹 3.记得注意加上引号,路径的 / 记得不要写成
4.只在windows下做过测试,linux和macos没试过估计不能用 对于用相机拍摄竖屏短视频应该会有很大帮助
