Issue description

The personal assistant, Ace, adds an empty todo task to the list of tasks if there is a space after the command todo. This should not be the case as there is no description provided. The code probably does not account for blank string being passed as description.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Run the jar file iP.jar on the command prompt: java -jar iP.jar
2. Type todo [space]
3. Press enter

What's the expected result?

Oh no! The Task description is missing :(

What's the actual result?

Added task "[T][✘] " to your To-Do's! You now have 4 incomplete tasks. To view the To-Do list simply type "list".
