webRTC的兼容性

我用几个不同的设备测试了一下，发现pc的360浏览器（内核78）、chrome浏览器（内核84）
以及安卓手机 android8.1(chrome内核58)都没有问题，
但是用了一个android7.0（chrome内核51）有问题，别的设备看不到他的视频和音频，但是他可以看到别人的视频和音频。
请问是什么原因？怎么解决呢

can not work properly on mobile[Chrome/Tencent]

as title mentioned, many probs show on mobi,
In chrome, when both side connected, the video just black , remoteVideo's stream is null,
in qq, it can not even sent msg to websockets.

Blank video

i got a problem, after setup my own turn server and deploy to my web host with SSL off course, i used two device to go same room, the video got blank. same goes also with https://demos.workerman.net:9988/. when i used two PC to open same room number, it goes blank. do i need 2 PC with different network ip public, or it could 2 different pc but same ip public ?

also one more thing, when open https://demos.workerman.net:9988/ browser show some gear and cogs icon. but when i try in my own server it did not show this up.

here my setup
turn server

is there anything i should work with, i also already change the setup of iceServer on room.php as well.
