バージョンの管理どうやっていく？

前提

  • 特定のリリースポイントに翻訳をそろえていく必要はないと考える
    • できるだけ最新のバージョンに
    • 本家のリリースは頻繁に行われている
    • 日本語訳も、全ページ揃ってからリリースするよりは、漸次的に更新していくほうがよいと思う
      • 新規ページをリリースするにはwaic-allによるレビューを経る必要がある

バージョン管理の案

  • 作業単位（管理されてるファイル単位）で、翻訳元のコミット番号を記す
    • これがあれば、本家のアップデートの差分を見て、翻訳を追いつける
    • どのような記載にするかは要検討。各文書の冒頭にある、WAICによる日本語訳である旨の注釈に併記してはどうか？

ブランチ運用

  • 日本語訳用のブランチ waic-jp-translation を作る
    • 翻訳はwaic-jp-translationからさらにブランチを作成（名前は任意）し、waic-jp-translationにマージする PR を作成する
    • デフォルトブランチはwaic-jp-translationとする
      • ばけらさんに依頼する
  • mainブランチは定期的に本家に追随する（手動？ 自動？）
    • mainブランチはWAICでは一切手を付けない
    • 手順はWikiに記載

翻訳の準備

  • https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices をローカルにclone
  • ファイルの中身を少し書き換えてみて（日本語に置き換えて）、ローカルでdeployしてみる
    • どのファイルの翻訳が必要か確かめる
  • 翻訳が必要なファイルがわかったら日本語訳を開始
    • 翻訳対象範囲を分割してissueを作成
    • WAI-ARIA 1.1訳を引き継ぐのかは要検討

公開前にビルドして表示確認する方法を考える

背景

W3CのAPGサイトはカッチョイイ見た目になっている。これには、aria-practicesリポジトリと別のwai-aria-practicesリポジトリにあるビルドシステムを動かしていることによる。

課題

  • 日本語版でもカッチョイイ見た目で公開したい
  • 日本語訳したページの最終的な表示結果が確認できない
  • ビルドシステムはRuby+Jekyllで構築されており気軽に手元で環境構築しづらい

達成したいこと

  • せめて公開前には最終的な表示で確認できる環境がほしい
  • PR単位での環境ができたらとてもいい（このIssueでは取り扱わない）
  • 本番公開がボタンポチでできたら素敵（このIssueでは取り扱わない）
