Interactions

An option to see known interactions with other nootropics/drugs

Track symptoms & find patterns

I currently use this app Daylio to track my nootropics. It’s intended to track what activities make you happy. I just change the names and of stuff and use it to track the effectiveness of different nootropics. I also use myfitnesspal and fitbit to look for other patterns.
An app I would want is something like daylio, except geared toward tracking the effectiveness of nootropics and highly customizable.
FEATURES Journal that keep tracks of things that might affect nootropics like exercised, amount of sleep, certain foods (alkaline, green tea, fruits etc) (these shouldn’t keep track of exact numbers that too complicated, but more like good sleep entry or bad sleep entry or anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise.)
It can EASILY be entered and tracked certain variables you want to look at like on a scale (1 to 10) entered several times a day (whatever you want) for things like (motivation, focus, happiness, energy, memory.)
Most important it can use scientific statistics methods to find real patterns. statistic methods like regression analysis or chi square testing.
WHAT ITS FOR A big problem with nootropics is humans tend to find patterns that don’t exist as well being vulnerable to the placebo effect. Also, all nootropics tend to effect people different, so a stack that works for one person might not really help another person. Also, any nootropic probably makes several changes.
END GOALS Discover the effects of other behaviors on nootropics (exercise, nature walks, learning something new) Discover the effects of certain foods (alkaline, teas, water, sugar) More accurately discover the actual effects of certain nootropics. (example does gingko biloba make me remember stuff better, but lowers my energy and happiness?) Discover the timing of effectiveness of activities and nootropics. (example does exercise give me a boast all day or for two days, is my fishoil most effective if taken at night or in the morning or with food?) Learn what works best together and what actual doesn’t work together.
FOR EXAMPLE It took me months of using the above apps and techniques to discover my high protein diet why decreasing the effectiveness of my Vyvanse and also my Vyvanse wasn’t really working without some sort of cardio exercise. In hindsight that seems obvious, but at the time with, so many variables in my live it was hard to really tease out. An app that could help with that would be awesome.
