Flora Factory is a video library app built using react where you will find videos related to gardening. In the flora factory, you can browse multiple videos, like them, add them to watch later, create playlists, and can also view user's history.

🚀 Features

Filter by category

• clicking on the category chips will give you the filtered videos of that category
• choose a video to play from a specific category

Play a Video

• plays the respective video by clicking on the video card

Watch Later

• add a Video to your Watch Later
• remove a video from the Watch Later

Like

• like a Video
• remove a video from the Liked videos by unliking the video

History

• clear All history at once
• remove a specific video from the History

Playlist

• create a Playlist
• add a video to a Playlist
• remove a video from a Playlist
• delete a specific Playlist

Authentication

• Guest Log In
• Log In
• Sign Up
• Log Out

🔌 Getting Started

• clone the repository on your local machine with the command below in your terminal, and cd into the Video-Library folder

git clone https://github.com/vrinda-mahajan/Video-Library

cd Video-Library

• install dependencies (if you are using yarn then do with that)

npm install

• create a .env file at the root level of the directory (at the level of package.json) and create a variable like mentioned below

REACT_APP_JWT_SECRET = <JWT_SECRET_KEY_OF_YOUR_CHOICE>

• start the server

npm start
