• issue comment command to add comments to an issue
• issue edit command to edit an issue (low priority)
• issue close command to close an issue - this could merge with edit as it's the same endpoint
• issue list command to list issues on a repo
• Change createissue command to issue create (possibly keeping ci as an alias)

These commands could use the same git repo templates as already exist (gh/user/repo or the inbuilt aliases), though this would make more sense to add as a converter for the future.

Issues should be given as an int which we don't need to validate, since we can just give a generic "I couldn't comment/edit that issue" etc.

e.g. you make a typo in the original body, you can't go back and change the body without going to github and editing the issue because the ➕ was removed

We can look at the length of name[::2].strip() to determine if it's all spaces. We can use this to just strip every other character if necessary.

Ideally I'd split it into two, bodged-ly I could just say that there are lots of commits and to look for yourself. Either works. Crashing is not ideal.

Added as another optional argument, users should be able to flip the image. We can do this pretty easily with PIL.

All that would have to be done is check the quotes guild ID when the quote alias command is run.
