Fix Tab switcher bug

When closing a tab which is left to the active tab, the tab switcher seems to create some weird bug which makes it jump to a non-existing view. This may be because of the tab counter updating for the tabs, but not for the views.

Fix internal link opening

When clicking on a http link in settings, the link will open within settings window.

Downloads window behaves strange while moving around

I tried to move the 'Downloads' window around and it worked. But I noticed it behaves really strange. I can move my mouse fast while dragging the window, bit it won't move as fast as my mouse does. When I stopped dragging the window it smoothly floats over my monitor.

### Live updating settings

Make settings like 'Show bookmarks bar' be visible without a restart.

Store cdn files locally

Download the JS and CSS frameworks (jquery, MDI...) and store them locally to decrease loading times.
