When using this extended grid and filtering SKU's I am faced with the issue:

Strict Notice: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method Atwix_ExtendedGrid_Model_Observer::filterSkus() should not be called statically.

When trying to filter the orders grid by "store view" or "purchase date" the extension is causing the following errors:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1052 Column 'store_id' in where clause is ambiguous

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1052 Column 'created_at' in where clause is ambiguous

Could you please have a look at this?
