Permission Teleport??

Hello,
I would like my players to be able to teleport between worlds without immediately getting permissions for the admin commands for Rift.
The following problem occurs.

• If a person has the permission "rift.teleport", no one can teleport.
• If a person has the permission "rift.admin", he has access to all admin commands, but still cannot teleport.
• However, if a person has both permissions, then they can teleport, but also have access to all of Rift's commands.

I hope you can help me further.

Hi, i'm using 1.18.1 Paper, when i do /op that player gets kicked and cant join the server anymore, the plugin loads correctly, this is the error:

Players can't connect to server

When someone tries to connect to server, this appears on console and kicks the player.
I'm using Pufferfish 1.18.1
