GM pair lengths not matching

Issue related to database when selecting records.

The dimensions of the pairs might not match.

'code_spectrum' object has no attribute 'database'

I tried to run example 2 but got AttributeError:

'code_spectrum' object has no attribute 'database'

I've checked the code_spectrum() class but cannot find any problem. The python version is 3.8.16. How to address this error?

@BsmYksln will add it. Based on the RSN of selected records, the script will download records directly using inserted credentials.

Issue in the 'hazard_curve' method in the 'utility' content

Dear Volkan,

I met a problem when I runing the 'Example 3.ipynb'. This issue happens in the 'hazard_curve(poes, results_dir, post_dir)' commend, under the '2) Post-process PSHA results' session. The error message is: 'local variable 'inv_t' referenced before assignment.

I would appreciate it if you could figure it out.

dependency issues

1-) subplots in 3d projection have significant white space. This happens in recent version of matplotlib, does not happen in older version such as 3.1.2

2-) h5py == 3.7.0 may give issues in windows while running psha via openquake.engine. Reduce the package version to 3.1.0
pip install h5py==3.1.0

3-) the find_element_by_* commands are deprecated in the latest Selenium Python libraries, selenium >= 4.3.0.
For now, selenium 4.2.0 must be used not receive any error while using nga_download method.

Test for MACOS

"nga_download" method has not been tested for MACOS yet. Anybody who has Mac can let me know about workability of the example (@gerardjoreilly)?
