How is the project executed?

Hi, sorry. I have seen your projects on GitHub pro which are great, you have the same line of my research and I want to complete it with a database, but I have a problem when I execute the human-vrm project with the command "npm run
dev "but the project will not be executed if a build, js file is not executed in the path file: /// C: /GitHub/human-vrm/node_modules/@vladmandic/build/dist/build.js in the browser but which is not carried out by the human-vrm project.

How to make it run on MP4

This is a really awesome project I am just curious on how to make it run on mp4 rather than webcam

Toggling shape keys?

Hi! Thanks for putting this project for others to use!
I have a VRM model based on Victoria which supports Shape Keys.

Here you can see the lid - which can be toggled - closed:

And opend:

When I load this model using this demo project, the lid is starts open, it then closes, and opens just to stay always open. I have a working VRM file exported from blender, which loads fine (lid closed) using the dnd demo of three-vrm .
So I am guessing that , when you load the model the shape key is somehow toggled. Can you maybe give me a hint?
