Detect module execution with argparse so args could be passed to both kiwi and module

• storage methods should be detached from the module itself and be retrieved on demand
• storage method api must be defined
• storage module api must be simplified

Have serverside modules sign up for timed execution by kiwi server. For things like notifications and other stuff.

A more supported way to run a module + other client arguments can be passed along

Once base work on kiwi is done, versioning for the tool and the modules is required

Maybe a separate module for that?
Kind of an important feature as this is exactly what kiwi is about.

In order for each module to have its separate backend simultaneously, kiwi can help out by reserving a unix socket for that application, launching given app on it, performing the request and quitting - all by itself. It's up to the module to just provide the app object.
