There are certain instances where a recipe must be defined as taking some fraction of an ingredient. In these cases, it is possible to have major rounding errors. This stems from the approach used, which is to add ingredients as an object to other ingredient objects. It is not possible to add a fraction of an object, so the script rounds up to the nearest integer, when necessary. This must be enhanced to handle these special cases.

Example: 1 Block of Coal is made from 9 Coal. You should be able to define 1 Coal as being made from 1/9th of a Coal Block. Then a recipe requiring 3 coal should list 3/9th or 1/3rd Blocks of Coal in the ingredient list. This isn't the best example, but this should be possible in this kind of flexible recipe definition system.
