Not sure if the error is triggered by WordPress or WordPlate. Another thing you might try is to create a fresh install of WordPlate and then move over your themes and plugins.

Hmm, if wordplate/uuid isn't required in your composer.json file it might still be registered in your composer.lock file. Try to remove the lock file and run composer install again. I also suggest to update the project to the latest version of WordPlate. There is a upgrade guide available in the documentation.

Thanks for suggestion, I tried that.

Here is what I learned

Then I got to your message and found the upgrade guide. I feel that my solution is simply to upgrade. Cheers!

So... a few hours later...

I went through each following version up to v9, and followed the steps for each (as sure as I can be). The only version that is working for me is still v4.

For the others I get this error message

2021/11/17 23:37:00 [error] 28336#28336: *1 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp() in public/wordpress/wp-blog-header.php:16
Stack trace:
#0 public/index.php(16): require()
#1 {main}
thrown in public/wordpress/wp-blog-header.php on line 16" while reading response header from upstream, client: , server: , request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php/php7.3-fpm.sock:", host:

I'm sure there is something obvious I should fix, since this exact error appears for each of the 5 to 9 versions. Any available hints remaining ? 👯
