Wordplate don't use the configured language about wordplate

Hi Jérémie, have tried to replicate this in a vanilla WordPress installation? I don't think this this has anything to do with WordPlate.

Hi @vinkla, Yes I have tried to install a vanilla French WordPress and I haven't translations problems with Gutenberg.
I reproduce this only with Wordplate. I also tried the Bedrock solution and it works fine but I appreciate the technical way that Wordplate has taken.

I'm mostly writing my WordPress dashboards in English and haven't encountered this personally. I did a quick search and it seems Bedrock has seen this issue as well. Maybe you can find an answer there? If you do, please post it here.
