Plugins

• OpenNLP Ingest Processor: This processor is doing named/date/location/'whatever you have a model for' entity recognition and stores the output in the JSON before it is being stored. This is a port of spinscale's Elasticserch OpenNLP ingest plugin.
• Langdetect Ingest Processor: Ingest processor doing language detection for fields. Port of https://github.com/spinscale/elasticsearch-ingest-langdetect
• Pinyin Analysis for OpenSearch: This Pinyin Analysis plugin is used to do conversion between Chinese characters and Pinyin. Port of https://github.com/medcl/elasticsearch-analysis-pinyin
• Prometheus Exporter Plugin: This plugin was started as a fork of Prometheus exporter for Elasticsearch® (it was forked in version 7.10.2.0; commit hash: 8dc7f85) utilizing OpenSearch plugin template. It uses the official Prometheus Java Simpleclient.
• Learning to Rank Plugin: This is a port of https://github.com/o19s/elasticsearch-learning-to-rank to work with OpenSearch. It's a rewrite of some parts to be able to work with OpenSearch.
• STConvert Analysis: STConvert is analyzer that convert Chinese characters between Traditional and Simplified. Port of https://github.com/medcl/elasticsearch-analysis-stconvert

Tools

• OpenSearch Checkup: The OpenSearch check-up analyzes architecture and configuration to provide you with specific recommendations for improvement and optimization. The Check-Up is free forever and based on JSON files so you don’t need to download or install anything.
• ElasticSearch OpenSearch Migration Scripts: Scripts useful to migrate code/plugins from ElasticSearch to OpenSearch
• Search slow logs analyzer: This free tool processes “Slow Logs” to provide insights as to why searches are slow and how you can optimize them.
