Make the socket endpoints configurable so that we can run the streamer and client on different computers within the same network.

Are taking DirectX screenshots any faster than the current Graphics.CopyToScreen?

Need to make a way of having multiple stream types, so that I can test different encoding options.
For now just something simple like splitting an image into 2 and sending each image per shot.

SignalR does not send more than 64kb per message. Making it a little difficult to fit an entire screenshot in 64kb.

The stream object should contain information about how long the frame took to capture, encode, send, etc.

This info can be viewed to see the health of the stream or even changing the stream parameters from clients

Further compress the image, right after the image is converted to a byte[].
