Use url.PathEscape() instead of having dataurl.Escape

The only difference is that uri.PathEscape will also escape ( and ) which while not required is acceptable according to rfc2396. Data uri tend to be used in places where escaping ()s can be useful (css, etc) and as such, golang's implementation makes more sense.

Can we have a release tag?

Hi @vincent-petithory ,

Reaching out because one of our OS components - Ignition - uses your great work; and the origin project of or component does, too.

We'd like to reference the module with a release tag, which we feel is a cleaner way to integrate the library. Would it be possible to create a tag / release in this project for ease of use?

Also, should you be interested in our help with maintaining this module, we'd make ourselves available, too.

Extra space, no name?

I was just trying your dataurl command line tool and the output of encoding an HTML file was data:text/html; charset=utf-8;base64,... instead of data:text/html;charset=utf-8;base64,.... I'm guessing the tool is intending to put name=index.html; where the space is before charset. But is failing for some reason.
