最新版本的gnome桌面gtk4.0的程序已经不支持主题自由切换了所以gnome-tweaks只能设置gtk3.0的app外观

你桌面什么版本啊？最新的gnome是44.3，如果可以切换主题但是一直停留在暗黑主题的话那就是设置里启用了暗黑主题（比如你安装了其他桌面kde之类的会更改这个设置）那就需要把设置调回来：
打开用户文件夹下面~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini和~/.config/gtk-4.0/settings.ini
把gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme=1改成gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme=0

感谢！成功切换成亮色了，但是我还有一个问题就是 dash 的样式和图中不一样，只改了个颜色，请问这是为什么？

我的桌面是 gnome42.9，系统是 Ubuntu22.04。

应该没有，不过我改过开机动画（应该是叫 Plymouth？），这会有影响吗？

作者你好，在试验之后我发现好像只有dash的圆弧没有被更改，并且在外面出现了一圈难看的黑色边框，其他貌似都是可以更改的（如颜色和“应用程序”的图标（这个在使用 WhiteSur 主题时被更改了），透明度能否更改还不清楚）
