Allow removing multiple flags at the same time for list options about vim

I dunno, I assumed there weren't any interest in this so figured I might as well close it.

Well, it's a valid enhancement request. I just don't know when we come to implement it (unless someone actively contributes it)

It seems I am not the only one as multiple runtime files do this even though this is not safe according to :h remove-option-flags.

That was intentional, I thought that part didn't really add much anyway.
