Some issues have come up relative to specific versions of packages on arm64; identify those issues and version numbers in the short term, and in the long term, close those bug reports.

Create the table of contents from the text of the FAQ, to minimize manual editing time.

At the very, very minimum, it would be nice to have a CI that did any or all of the following:

• push a pretty PDF version of the Markdown version of the FAQ
• any kind of automatic spelling, syntax, grammar or style checking
• any other lint process on any code that ends up here

I'll leave the details of all this open.

As people are selecting hardware for their clusters it's important to also look at operating system and kernel version support. Provide concrete suggestions for versions and capabilities to look for.

Identify setup tools that use Terraform on arm64, and add a suitable section for them.
