Story: As a user I want to execute qrscanner --webcam
so that I can read a qr-code with my webcam.
Users can have Linux, Mac or Windows. All them must not install any extra software than qrscanner or nodejs.
While no QR is found, the cli must not stop and also shows something to help the user. (no visual output from the webcam is needed, since we are a CLI tool.)
Also, tests are a must to finish this feature.
