Hi, is it possible to add ultrawide support for 21:9 and 32:9 resolutions?

I absolutely can not get this mod to work. I've followed every step under "How to?", but I just can't get it to run. I downloaded BepInEx for an x64 Windows system, the BepInEx Configuration Manager, and the mod itself. The instructions seem really simple and easy to understand, but I'm lost. It seems like everything unzips into the correct place (it all goes to "Plugins" from what I'm seeing), and the game fires up and plays just fine, but I hit F1 and no dice. I even checked the config to make sure that's the correct hotkey. I'll be seriously grateful if someone could help me with this.
