Revisionable Pivot about revisionable

This still seems somewhat edge case to me, however if you're willing to put a pull request together that won't break existing functionality I'm happy to merge it into the core.

I found many doing it manually, however if I want to do it neatly, and just extend Revisionable and know that my pivot is watched, the best way I see to do it is redo(extend) all eloquent classes. Much like baum does it here:

so i'm not going to do that, and instead ill share the manual version when its done and tested...

Or you could use a trait that overrides the belongsToMany() like I've had to do
