As a Product owner, my current responsibilities include:

• Leverage domain expertise and analyst practice expertise to provide the most effective solutions to the business partners in the most efficient means possible • Establish strong relationships with all stakeholders including the Airlines Finance Team, Amadeus Management Team, Product Management, Information Technology, and Revenue Accounting User Teams to align on the vision, program backlog, and roadmap. • Facilitated workshops with Customer user groups to develop and communicate innovative approaches for continued improvement in product efficiency and effectiveness • Orchestrate backlog grooming, creating epics and user stories • Translated features into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder’s requirements. • Performed data analytics by extracting data using SQL and using Excel features to find useful patterns and use it to improve functionality and efficiency of the system • Created dashboards using Grafana, Jira and Confluence.
