The base.html file I am using is the example one provided in the templates folder. To test out the scan function, I have followed the instructions in the Helium manual. After making sure that the exam/problems scribbles successfully generated in the "Find papers" view, both fast-match.html and grade-scan.html templates generated an empty scanstage.
