Figure out the best default layout and properly implement it.

Also implemented other layouts:

/# - Number of Columns (2,4,6) (Default: 1)
/L - Left to Right Ordering (Default: Top to Bottom)

...Or remove them from the help/about output.

Implement the sorting features listed in the help/about output:

/E - Sort by Extension
/D - Sort by Date
/S - Sort by Size

Uppercased (DOS-style) filename extensions are displayed in lowercase.

Command-prompt windows, besides PowerShell and CMD.exe, should be detected.

If the terminal window supports ANSI (but not Windows console colors) then fallback to emitting ANSI color/control codes. If the console doesn't support color at all, or it can't be determined, then fallback to a no-color plain ASCII/Unicode output.

This will eliminate garbage on the display.

When it displays "Press any key to continue..." it should allow pressing Q or ESC to break out of the listing and immediately return to the command prompt.
