Need to research Steam Server Queries UDP protocol. Examples of GitHub libs:

• SteamQueryNet;
• Steam.Query.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None.

Additional context
Need to write new tests for this feature.

Describe the bug
if you're trying to get the info of a package as you have shown it in an example it throws an "Input string was not in the correct format." error in the converters.cs
also happens with FeaturedApps.

So just compiling your example with the GitHub project throws the "error"
