array-concat-push.js push.apply is bad advice for performance

ES6 iterators proposal

Maybe gist can be merged.

-1 should be the last element for splice() function

I found a issue on https://github.com/vasanthk/js-bits/blob/master/js/array-slice-splice.js

Which is wrong, -1 should be 20 in the above example.

Misconception about pass by value

In your description about pass by value vs pass by reference I believe you confuse the concepts of value types and shallow copying. The Array.prototype.slice function does a shallow of the array, meaning a new array is constructed but with references to the objects of the original array. I believe this description is both factually incorrect and confusing to beginners.

Number.MIN_VALUE

Number.MIN_VALUE property represents the smallest positive numeric value
so console.log(Number.MIN_VALUE < 0); // false. is legit and not WTF
