Package manifest doesn't define the minimum supported Unity version
Bypass prompt when asset is being renamed in same folder
Currently OnWillMoveAsset gets called for assets that are being renamed in place because their path is still technically changing.
Renaming is harder to do accidentally and isn't as dangerous as accidentally moving asset(s) to different folders.
OnWillMoveAsset can safely return AssetMoveResult.DidNotMove when the the directory of the source path and destination path match.
