Clicking on update too fast crashes the server

Clicking on any task that manipulates database too fast crashes the server. Most probable reason is that NodeJS is doing something asynchronously and hence trying to access data that has not been received yet.

Beautify Frontend

Currently the owner dashboard and logs page is working fine but does not look that good. Add some colors and CSS to make it look good
