chclient - fast http client for ClickHouse

Chproxy compatibility

Since last changes in https://github.com/Vertamedia/chproxy we also need to support additional query params as like:

• no_cache
• cache_namespace
• default_format

This list might be extended in future, so it must be configurable for each request

Parameterized Do()

Chclient is great for predefined configuration, but if there is a necessity to request different sources with different users - problems appears.
I suggest to add parameterized Do() method, where you can pass configuration
