1. When both players press "Pass" program should provide finishing stage

"finishing" state depends on selected rules. as simple example, chineese rules treats all stones on the board as living and giving +1 score each. japaneese rules requires pointing of groups status and if players are not agreed they need to prove theirs opinion - this rule are much more complicated for implementation.
